Booking Information
When you book one of our characters you can expect nothing less than a magical experience. Our characters are carefully crafted with love and extra pixie dust to make every occasion or party special.

Along with the character(s) of your choice, there will also be:

* Professional Singing and Dancing (or optional choreographed dances!)
* Photo Opportunities
* "Happy Birthday" Cake Cutting Ceremony
* A birthday card hand-written by your chosen character
* Story Time (optional-FREE)
* Princess, Superhero, Villain, or Tea-Party Etiquette Lessons (optional- FREE)
* Tattoos, Spider-Web Shooting, Face-painting, or Make-Overs
(optional - $20-$30 additional per service)
* Karaoke (optional - FREE, but requires a place to plug in speaker and mic)

* A traveling fee will be charged for any parties booked outside of Beaver County. This fee is determined by the distance to be traveled. Please contact us for more information. * $20 for the additional of face-painting services or $30 for the addition of make-over services
Booking FAQs:
* "When is the best time to have a character arrive at a birthday party?"
A: We always recommend at least 30 minutes to an hour after the party has started. This allows party guests to acclimate to the party which optimizes the surprise when our character does arrive! We also recommend having the character arrive before or after lunch or a meal is served in order to optimize engagement time with party or event-goers.

* "How many hours are recommended for a booking?"
A: Most bookings are 1-4 hours long. However, there are some factors to consider before making your booking selection. First, how old is the birthday girl(s)/boy(s) or audience? Typically, if the child(ren) are 2 years old or younger, we recommend 1-2 hours. Children or audiences 3 years of age or older enjoy longer parties. However, we will stay as long as you want and need us for! If the booking is for a community, church, or business event, the average booking is typically 2-5 hours.

* "How far in advanced should I book?"
A: As a rule-of-thumb, we recommend booking at least a month in advance, however, we are flexible. However, we cannot guarantee bookings with less than a 2 weeks advance booking notice. We also recommend booking before sending out invitations and after a venue, time, and date is secured for your party. We do our best to accommodate all bookings, however, we base bookings off of a first come first served basis.

* "Can I have my event or party outside?"
A: Of course, we love all types of parties! However, if the temperature is below 60 degrees or above 90 degrees, an indoor or temperature controlled-space must be provided for the character to ensure their safety and ability to effectively perform. We can accommodate some of our characters with costume-specific capes or jakets, however, our performers wear heavy and wigs and costumes which can make them easily over-heat. The party area must be free of standing water, mud, thorns, bushes, pets, or other things that can damage our costumes. Thank you for understanding.

* "Are tips or gratuity required?"
A: We do not require clients to pay gratuity or tips. However, our performers work hard to make your experience magical, so any tips are greatly appreciated and go directly to the performer.
